moved on...

hi all..as my brother posted in my tag board, i moved my site to http://www.phdvanie.com. :)

i was supposed to write entries every week, but because of my very busy schedule in the office, i wasn't able to. however, i am really excited to share this, so here goes...

two weekends ago, our choir (voice symphony) had our annual christmas party. this year, our theme was masquerade. the program started with a financial report by mira, then dinner. when it was time for the parade of masks, each member was interviewed on his/her concept for the night. afterwards, we had some games and fake awards. then came the judging. we were again asked to present our costumes. top 3 for girls (espie, mira and me) and guys (sushi, tei and francis) were selected. after a round of questions and answers, the judges (janno, andrew, jay and jojo) deliberated and the winners were announced... francis and i won! :) after that, the most improved member award was given to ramil. then it was all fun -- jamming, drinking, and smoking. of course we had to clean the place afterwards, but that was ok.

random musings

wednesday last week, i was offered something that i thought i would never have. that same day, i said "i'm leaning towards accepting it." i guess that meant i accepted it already. i had mixed feelings about it, but i guess i would just have to wait and see what happens. right now, i'm just going with the flow. i hope everything will be crystal clear soon. :)

my brother called me earlier...he was really proud of me. goes to show that good things are happening in a lot of aspects of my life right now and i really feel great! :D i just hope this continues till next year. ;)

this coming sunday, we'll be having a family gathering of sorts -- it's ikay's first birthday! :) i am assigned to provide the cake. hmm..i wonder if i'm rich enough to buy one from bizu, or one from goldilocks would be fine. :p

it's the second day of december and i feel that the days really seem to pass by fast. i feel that it would be christmas soon enough. (",)
